This beautiful vacation rental has all the comforts of your own home! The living, dining and kitchen areas are open concept. The recently updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. All the amenities of home are here, making cooking for your family or group an easy task. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with its expansive lagoon views and seating for eight. The living room offers plenty of space along with direct access to the private pool and a flat screen tv. On the other side of the kitchen is the family room, which is large enough to be a second living room and features its own large flat screen tv.

The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, flat screen tv and en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom contains a large jetted tub along with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat screen tv and an en-suite private bath. This guest bathroom has an updated vanity and a large tiled walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, flat screen tv and an additional sleeper sofa should the need arise. The third guest bedroom comes with two twin-sized beds and a flat screen tv. The second and third guest bedrooms share a bathroom. This guest bathroom features a tub and shower combination. 

Outside the home is a very large deck which encompasses the beautiful pool and spa area with spectacular lagoon views. New outdoor furniture was recently added, making soaking up the sun an extended pleasure. Beach access is located just at the end of the street. If you want to be able to go to the beach and spread out, this is where you want to be to avoid the crowd. The spa can be heated from May 1–October 1 for an additional fee.
